Good morning! I’ve decided to try and make this a regular feature because I’m kind of obsessed with fonts. Some of the best free fonts I’ve found are by Kimberly Geswein. Many of her fonts are free for PU and you can buy a CU licence for $5! She has a catalogue of her fonts that you can download and look through – it’s pretty fun to scroll through!

I’m a Journalist II

There are some people who are really good at journaling. They pour out their hearts and let both the good and bad shine in picture-less layouts. I am not that kind of person. I aspire to be. I even made it a goal to write in a journal every day at the beginning of the year. I stopped at the end of January.

Queen Wild Scraps has some journaling templates that can inspire the worst of the journalists to be the best journalist they can be. However, you can also use these templates with large photos. A number of the creative team did that.

Super Saturday 4/27 at Scraps N Pieces

My absolute favorite movie is Pirates of the Caribbean. Johnny Depp is fantastic in his role as Captain Jack Sparrow and Orlando Bloom is certainly easy on the eyes. Pirates of the Caribbean is the one ride I had to ride at Magic Kingdom when I went in January since it inspired the movie.

Today’s Super Saturday deals will be perfect to scrap the ride or your favorite little pirate. It’s also great to scrap pics from the beach or maybe make a treasure map for a game with your kids.

Wild Princess Inspiration

Cindy has a signature and two fun layouts. The first layout uses Fabulous February Templates and I think it is so neat she did a picture-less layout. The second layout uses Going in Circles Templates.

Kandice has two layouts. I love the composition of the first one. The colors in the kit were perfect for the Ronald McDonald photos in the second layout.

Kendra’s shirt in her layout is a perfect match to the kit colors.

The Queen herself, Lahni, has two layouts to share. I love the photo spanning the page in the first layout. Aren’t her kids adorable?

Loni has some gorgeous border clustering in her first layout. Aren’t the turtles in the second layout too cute? And the photo of them tucked behind the paper is so fun.
